Redul B200 programmable logic controller (PLC) was developed for use in harsh industrial conditions and operates  in the temperatures from -40 to +60 °C   and electromagnetic interference . Each module passes a burn-in test, which is carried out at 50 °C for 48 hours.

User application runs in real time and inside a selected real-time operating system.

Any I/O module in the system could be replaced in hot-swap – without stopping the user application. During replacement, terminal block remains intact, reducing maintenance time. Extendability is up to 140 I/O modules per rack and up to 255 racks.

All CPU modules feature slot for SD card, 512 GB RAM, and 1 GB flash memory for archive and local data storage. Each CPU module comes with built-in support for OPC DA / OPC UA, Modbus RTU / Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-101 / 104.

There are versions of CPU modules with fiberoptic port, RS485, with GPS receiver (and run internal time server adjusting to the satellite signal).

The choice of I/O modules includes digital and analog modules with common or channel galvanic isolation, high-accuracy analog input (0.025%), thermoresistances and thermocouples input.

Programming can be done in one of the five IEC 61131-3 languages ​​or in CFC. The Sigma LD is a familiar programming environment for many and is available free of charge.
